-phrases or units of text used repeatedly, as in correspondence produced by a word-processing system
After setting up boilerplate to meet your company's needs you may want to have a cost effective, easy to use system for organizing ALL your past submissions. We have all spent great time and expense writing a thoughtful response only to invest additional time searching for it, or worse yet...having to recreate, reformat and "scrub" it for prior submission data.
If you have ever had to re-create a proposal or copy an existing proposal and "scrub" for previous submittal contact information than you know the why. We will explain the how.
The first step would be to create a template if you do not currently have one. After template creation, boilerplate should be developed by gathering your most impressive responses and modifying with a "generic" placeholder for submission names, etc.
